  • ADP: To process payroll, benefits, and other HR services for job applicants and employees. ADP adheres to data privacy regulations.
  • Juniper Square: If you use the Investor Portal, you may encounter cookies used by Juniper Square to provide information, analytics and reporting to you and Axxess Holdings.
  • Other Axxess Holdings users: We may share your Personal Information with third parties that you ask us to send Personal Information to, or that you consent to communicate with you through a portal.
  • Third-Pary Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to provide you with the services offered through our website, such as authentication services, data hosting services, background check companies, payment processers, etc. Any information, including any biometric data for authentication services, shared by you to these third-party service providers shall be governed by their terms and policies.
  • Affiliates and Acquisitions: We may share your Personal Information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, affiliates, or portfolio companies in which case they will be required to honor this Policy. If another company acquires Axxess Holdings, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and assume the rights and obligations described in this Policy.

Axxess Holdings does not track its visitors or users across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. This website is not intended for, or designed to attract, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any individual under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide Personal Information of any kind.
