Axxess Holdings is seeking a Growth Equity Investor Analyst to play a critical role identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within high-growth technology and healthcare technology companies. This role involves conducting market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting portfolio management activities.

Responsibilities:
Market and Industry Research
- Conduct research into specific industries to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and economic factors affecting growth-stage companies.
Deal Evaluation and Financial Analysis
- Assess potential investment opportunities by reviewing financial statements, business models and growth strategies.
- Coordinate sourcing and screening activities including scheduling introductory calls.
- Review in-bound deals sent to the investment team, provide high-level evaluations and as appropriate advance relevant deals to introductory calls.
- Create concise summaries of deals after introductory calls to brief investment team and determine whether to proceed with due diligence.
- Support the due diligence process for prospective investment deals.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations and recommendations for the investment team.
Operational Support
- Partner with senior investment team members to provide analytical and strategic support.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings, prepare weekly meeting agendas and track ongoing tasks for the investment team.
- Conduct research on technology and healthcare technology topics as needed.
- Assist in the creation of slide decks for internal and external meetings.
Experience and Qualifications
Education
- A bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is not required but a plus.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or a technology-related start-up or financial services role.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of valuation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for high-growth companies and emerging markets.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
