Through Axxess, Cavista Holdings and Axxess Holdings, he is helping improve access to healthcare everywhere and creating tens of thousands of jobs in various industries. In addition to his role at Axxess Holdings, he is Founder and CEO of Axxess, the leading global home healthcare technology company. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Cavista Holdings, a diversified holding and investment company with interests in technology, agriculture, hospitality, fintech, energy and other sectors.

Ron Olajide

Chief Financial Officer, Axxess Holdings

Ron Olajide brings a global perspective and several years of investment banking experience, leading the financial strategy for all aspects of the company’s finances while maintaining the highest levels of financial integrity and transparency. Prior to working for Axxess, Cavista Holdings and Axxess Holdings, he held a variety of leadership roles relating to finance, including at Publicis Worldwide, where he oversaw financial reporting and compliance for organizations in North and South America, Europe, Asia/Pacific and Africa.

Tom Codd

Chief Operating Officer, Axxess Holdings

Tom Codd brings leadership ability and breadth of experience across many areas of business, having served as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) prior to joining Axxess, Cavista Holdings and Axxess Holdings. Tom has always emphasized the value of creating a cooperative, collaborative work environment that helps everyone succeed, and works to ensure each organization has the best people possible to grow. Tom was a business and financial executive at PwC, serving multinational and private equity clients in the manufacturing, chemicals, engineering & construction and technology industries. He held many business leadership roles at PwC, including Managing Partner of North Texas, Vice Chairman and U.S. Human Capital Leader and U.S. Fit for Growth Managing Partner.
